Affiliate Agreement & Privacy
AllNaijaMarket Affiliate rewards valid referrals and qualifying seller platform payments. Rates shown in the Affiliate dashboard are the rates currently applicable to new qualifying events. Earned commissions retain their original rate and amount.
Commission
The current standard acquisition commission is 35% on the referred seller's first qualifying shop activation only. A second or later shop does not create another acquisition commission.
For 12 months from qualification, the current recurring rate is 10% on platform-payment categories enabled by Admin. Additional-shop creation may qualify as an eligible platform payment. Rates are snapshotted when earned and historical commissions are not recalculated after a rate change.
Attribution and fair use
Fake accounts, self-referral abuse, misleading advertising, impersonation, manipulated payments, spam and attempts to interfere with another Affiliate's attribution are prohibited. AllNaijaMarket may hold, reverse or reject commissions linked to invalid, reversed, fraudulent or abusive activity.
Payout cycle
The standard earning week runs Friday through Thursday. Friday is the scheduled payout day for eligible settled earnings, subject to account/bank readiness, fraud review, gateway availability and Admin payout mode.
Privacy
AllNaijaMarket processes Affiliate account, attribution, analytics, payout and fraud-prevention information to operate the Affiliate Network. Affiliate tracking uses necessary referral identifiers and server-side records. Affiliate financial and account records may be retained where required for security, accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
