Deliberately bypassing the applicable official Delivery Card workflow is prohibited. If the parties continue outside the official workflow, AllNaijaMarket workflow-specific records, controls and protections will not apply.

AllNaijaMarket is not responsible for losses, disputes, failed deliveries, payments, damage or other issues arising from an off-workflow transaction, to the extent permitted by law.

AllNaijaMarket may still receive complaints, enforce platform rules, preserve relevant records and assist lawful investigations.
